"Michael did a great job on our Kitchen Aid microwave repair. He showed up on Wednesday to diagnose the problem and isolated it to two potential part problems and ordered the two parts. He provided a total price for the repairs depending on the parts necessary. Michael came back two days later with the respective parts and fixed the problem. His efforts were that much more difficult because one of the new parts was actually defective. Luckily, the other part did the trick and the repair was successful. Throughout the repair process, Michael was very friendly and courteous as well as methodical in his efforts. I would highly recommend him to friends and neighbors should you have an appliance problem. It’s always great to have an experience like that as a customer. Great job Michael! Thank you."

"Called first time with affordable appliance repair for a gas range to be checked out for a gas smell through fire department last night. Technician David arrived within a hour completely checked out gas range and cleaned the burners, plus oven. Gave advice for cleaning oven when needed. David answered valuable questions per customer. Great guy, when we need help hope to get him back."

"We have used Dwayne at affordable plants for years. We have brand new appliances and when we got through the warranty, we called Dwayne and he sent Michael what a wonderful technician. Dwayne was the first one. Whoever told me my washer and dryer needed to be replaced and not purchased that brand again I listen to him, Michael went over and above helping us with the pump replacing the pump in our very new Young dishwasher. I don’t like repair people to come to my home but they are welcome anytime you will not find better in our area. I have lived here 22 years. When you call to leave a message but then a real person called you back and the service is taken care of immediately very caring company"
