"Excellent customer service and practical advice. Rather than push us into buying another dryer, they were confident they could fix ours, and they did! Michael, who did the repairs, was quick and efficient. Soooo happy with this place and all who work there."

Tony is awesome
"We called Affordable Appliance Repair and sent us Tony to repair our dishwasher, which was leaking a big puddle. Before he came to our home and kept us informed on the time that he will arrive. We appreciate that. Tony is professional and polite and careful and so very pleasant. He came and he did not have the part he needed for our dishwasher so he told us he'd be back tomorrow and he would keep us informed. He is an awesome asset to Affordable Appliance Repair. We'll keep Tony and Affordable Appliance Repair in our contacts. I will gladly recommend Tony who works for Affordable Appliance Repair. "

"Gerald was professional, friendly & very fast. Extremely competent technician, took like 3 seconds to diagnose, another 20 to tell me when he'd have the part & when he'd be back... and then followed through. I've had some bad experiences with a couple other locals and wouldn't recommend anyone but AAR.. "
