"Last night my Maytag washing machine went on the fritz. This morning I developed a list of some of the local appliance repair shops and after reading the reviews I began to call and left messages if I did not get a live person. The first company to return my call was Dwayne, the owner of Affordable Appliance Repair. Dwayne was very pleasant and professional and gave me a lot of information regarding the options available to me on repairing my 7 year old washing machine. I could tell Dwayne was concerned I made the right choice on either spending the money on repairing my unit or putting that money into a new unit. Due to the options I received from Dwayne we decided to replace our washer and dryer. Dwayne does not sell new units so he did not benefit on the sale but gained a trusted source for future referrals in the future. Thank you Dwayne for demonstrating integrity in an industry in great need of more."

"This is the second time we have called Affordable Appliance for help and just like the first time, we couldn't have been more happy with the results. The first time we called it was for our side-by-side refrigerator and the second time was for our washing machine.Today, Gerald was our technican and he handled everything smoothly and with an exceptionally professional manner. If we ever have an appliance issue again, there is no one else we will ever call (and we tried some big-name companies before we called this team). We have seen other companies suggest massive costs that we couldn't justify versus simply buying a new refrigerator. That is until we called Affordable Appliance Repair. We were treated fairly and promptly with a strong course of honesty The second issue was our washing machine and we felt they could have charged much more but again, their professionalism and honesty shined through. Gerald is simply outstanding! Thank you"
