My first contact was with Duane, who provided insight into my GE washer and offered prompt scheduling. Our technician arrived when he said would, ordered the necessary part, and had us up and washing clothes within the next business day. Highly recommend this team for your appliance needs. "I cannot say enough for Michael and his expertise in fixing my dryer! Not only is he always promptly on time, he is personable, friendly, and very willing to help in any way he can. I asked an honest opinion of him about whether to buy a new dryer or get it fixed, and he gave me a totally honest answer. I highly recommend this young man and the company he works for. As a single woman, it is always nice to feel safe with a stranger in the house, and Michael certainly made me feel that way. Go get Michael when you have an appliance problem! Best bet!!"
