"Michael came out last Monday and diagnosed the problem with our 1 year old Kitchenaid double oven. The cooling fan had stopped working in the lower over. Today, 4 days later he installed a new cooling fan. Once the old fan had been removed it was clear that one of the blades had broken on the fan and was not allowing the fan to spin."
