"I received my referral to Affordable Appliance from Nan at Quality Maytag. I was so happy with their service that I called her back profusely thanking her for the recommendation and that I would be using them for all future appliance repair needs.
Duane was a pleasure to talk with as he scheduled my initial appointment on the same day I called his company. Mike was prompt, competent, and knowledgeable. I was excited to learn from him that our over two decade old free-standing Kenmore freezer, that had never needed a repair before, is still in demand, even though they’re out of production, because they don’t make freezers of this caliber anymore. He immediately accessed the problem as a temperature control malfunction, ordered the part on sight, and scheduled the installation appointment all under an hour. He was back in less than a week and had it installed in an hour. He told me, during the diagnostic visit, it would be under 375.00 making it possible for me to have the cash ready when he came for the installation.
I am so pleased to have found a company that is customer oriented, competent, professional, efficient and prompt to attend to our appliance repair needs in the future. I highly recommend Affordable Appliance."

"It's refreshing to find an Appliance repair company with integrity and excellent customer service. My first contact was with Duane, who provided insight into my GE washer and offered prompt scheduling. Our technician arrived when he said would, ordered the necessary part, and had us up and washing clothes within the next business day. Highly recommend this team for your appliance needs. "I cannot say enough for Michael and his expertise in fixing my dryer! Not only is he always promptly on time, he is personable, friendly, and very willing to help in any way he can. I asked an honest opinion of him about whether to buy a new dryer or get it fixed, and he gave me a totally honest answer. I highly recommend this young man and the company he works for. As a single woman, it is always nice to feel safe with a stranger in the house, and Michael certainly made me feel that way. Go get Michael when you have an appliance problem! Best bet!!"
