"My LG refrigerator needed a new compressor. A technician from Affordable Appliance Repair came out and diagnosed the problem. They were back the next morning to replace the compressor. When the refrigerator needed additional adjustment, a technician was sent out promptly. I found Affordable Appliance Repair to be prompt, responsive, and reasonably priced. I will use them again and would definitely recommend them."

"Affordable was called first thing in the am about a failed GE Monogram frig. I was lucky enough to get a diagnosis visit set up for the same day! THAT never happens.... Tech David shows up on schedule....diagnoses my problem quickly to a failed inverter power supply unit problem. He checks for availability and finds that one of the other company service trucks has that unit onboard. He says he has to leave for an hour to go get it. Comes back in an hour, carefully installs the component and the frig is back up and running. AMAZING.....7 hours after my initial call the frig is fully repaired. I thought service like this went away decades ago. Affordable really cares about providing top notch service at a reasonable price to its Prescott customers. Thanks so much for the great care."
