"What great service! My elderly mothers refrigerator was not working. She had not noticed until I arrived so our call to Dwayne was later in the day. That didn’t matter as he was able to get someone out that same day. David was our appliance tech and he is absolutely awesome. Great interaction with customers. He explained the repair in a way that was understandable. He provided the quote without pressure and once she said yes, he was able to get the refrigerator back up and running. I love great customer service. It’s rare these days. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this company. Great job David and Dwayne and thank you. "

"I highly recommend this service for all your repair needs. We had a problem with our washer not draining properly. Dwayne identified the cause and quickly fixed the problem. We were on the right track but would have made the remedy much more complex had we persisted. Dwayne was a pleasure to work with. As my husband said, Affordable Appliance will be our first call for any future appliance repairs! "

Washer/Dryer service
"Duane was awesome! He was on time and very pleasant. After cleaning my dryer vent, he checked my washer. He advised why it was BER (beyond economical repair), my son in Oregon had given me the same information but had said to have the machine checked to be sure. Duane was knowledgeable, polite, gave me a referral to another five star vendor. I will definitely use Affordable Appliance again, and would refer them to others without hesitation. KUDOS!"
