honest guy
"I was having a problem with our Samsung washing machine. Dwayne knew what the problem was, but unfortunately the part we needed is no longer manufactured. He could have charged us to come out and look at it or try to give us a temporary fix, but he was very honest in recommending that we purchase a new washing machine. I wish everyone was this honest!"

"Dwayne came out promptly when I called in regards to our washer not spinning. He assessed the problem instantly, had a replacement part on hand and within minutes in was up and running! He was polite, professional and displayed great work ethic. I would recommend Dwayne and Affordable Appliance to anyone looking for someone they can trust. I have gone into several of my patients homes who also have had Dwayne out for repairs and each one has spoken highly about him as a person and the job he did for them."

"Dwayne promptly put me on his calendar for my oven repair. The two young gentleman who came out for service were very knowledgeable and polite (Manny and Gerald). They got right down to business, figured out what was wrong, told me what it would cost for the repair, and also how to avoid that happening in the future. They had the part with them and they were in and out in no time. Also the price was lower than what I expected. I am saving the business card so I can use this service next time one of my appliances breaks. Highly recommend them. Sandy, Prescott, AZ"
