"Michael did a fabulous job and was able to repair some burnt and melted wires going to the bake igniter buried inside the back of the oven. I had originally tried a new igniter and control board after no voltage was found to the bake igniter which did not resolve the issue. Michael confirmed no voltage to bake igniter and went right after the wiring. I would recommend him to anyone and will call him again if needed. Very professional work ethic and was determined to do the job right. Thanks Micheal. Jim"

"Technician came out right on time. Was very experienced and knowledgeable on my washer and the problem that was occurring. Parts where needed and he had me on speaker phone with the manufacturer to see how far parts were out which the manufacturer had no answer and a back order months long several hundred out Technician used his iPad and showed me the best washers at the best price at Home Depot It was my decision to go with a new washer because of the information the tech gave me. I appreciate an honest company and would use these guys again without a second guess"
