"I cannot say enough for Michael and his expertise in fixing my dryer! Not only is he always promptly on time, he is personable, friendly, and very willing to help in any way he can. I asked an honest opinion of him about whether to buy a new dryer or get it fixed, and he gave me a totally honest answer. I highly recommend this young man and the company he works for. As a single woman, it is always nice to feel safe with a stranger in the house, and Michael certainly made me feel that way. Go get Michael when you have an appliance problem! Best bet!!"

"I had a new ice maker installed by another appliance company. After the cost of the ice maker and two more new parts and nine visits the ice maker was operating only intermittently. So I thought it was time to reach out to another company. I called Affordable Appliance Repair and they sent their technician Gerald. He was thorough and took the time to diagnose the possibilities. He took the first possibility instead of immediately suggesting that it was the ice maker and charging me the most expensive fix. He completed his first diagnosis which only cost me $125.00. We are still in the trial period but the ice maker so far has been working perfectly! I would recommend this company and Gerald!"
