honest guy
"I was having a problem with our Samsung washing machine. Dwayne knew what the problem was, but unfortunately the part we needed is no longer manufactured. He could have charged us to come out and look at it or try to give us a temporary fix, but he was very honest in recommending that we purchase a new washing machine. I wish everyone was this honest!"

"Wow, now how many people would diagnose your problem and tell you over the phone how to fix it yourself, and expect nothing in return? Dwayne would! I had left a message about the light in my OLD refrigerator going out - Dwayne called me back, asked me a few questions, and told me what happens to old refrigerators and the light switch, and how we could fix it - we did exactly as he suggested and guess what - the light works again! THANK YOU DWAYNE! We will most definitely use your services when we get moved into our new house for the Dacor appliances that I know need attention!"

"Dwayne came out promptly when I called in regards to our washer not spinning. He assessed the problem instantly, had a replacement part on hand and within minutes in was up and running! He was polite, professional and displayed great work ethic. I would recommend Dwayne and Affordable Appliance to anyone looking for someone they can trust. I have gone into several of my patients homes who also have had Dwayne out for repairs and each one has spoken highly about him as a person and the job he did for them."
