"Great service from Affordable Appliance.... Tech Michael came out in Feb 2023 & replaced the ice machine in our Refrigerator. That service was done in a timely manner with excellent customer service. Last week the ice machine quit working. Called and Michael returned. Once again very pleasant and professional. He quickly determined the ice maker had not failed, but the water line had frozen. He easily "steamed" the line and got it unfrozen. Once that was resolved, ice machine returned to working mode. Michael was so kind as not to charge us for the service call, since it was an easy fix. Would highly recommend Affordable Appliance Repair with any further repair needs. Michael is a great representative for the Company, very customer friendly and knowledgeable."

"After the Home Depot installation contractor screwed up the installation of my new dishwasher, I called Affordable Appliance Repair. Dwane (owner) sent out an extremely knowledgeable technician named Valencia. He tool one look at the installation, and confirmed that the drain hose wasn't installed right (supposed to be suspended from the cabinet ceiling), the slack in the hot water inlet hose should've been coiled up behind the washer, and the rubber skirt should've been BEHIND the kickplate, not in front of it.
I'll definitely be recommending Affordable Appliance Repair to my friends & neighbors!"
