"Gearld arrived at the time given, listened to my explanation of what was happening with the washing machine, got right to work on the problem and found it within minutes! He told me the approximate cost to replace the part and said he would check to make sure he had the part! I agreed with the cost and he had the job done shortly after that! He was quick and clean! Gave us advice on regular preventative maintenance and we are very happy with his service! I highly recommend this company and Gerald!"

"Michael did a fabulous job and was able to repair some burnt and melted wires going to the bake igniter buried inside the back of the oven. I had originally tried a new igniter and control board after no voltage was found to the bake igniter which did not resolve the issue. Michael confirmed no voltage to bake igniter and went right after the wiring. I would recommend him to anyone and will call him again if needed. Very professional work ethic and was determined to do the job right. Thanks Micheal. Jim"

"Great service from Affordable Appliance.... Tech Michael came out in Feb 2023 & replaced the ice machine in our Refrigerator. That service was done in a timely manner with excellent customer service. Last week the ice machine quit working. Called and Michael returned. Once again very pleasant and professional. He quickly determined the ice maker had not failed, but the water line had frozen. He easily "steamed" the line and got it unfrozen. Once that was resolved, ice machine returned to working mode. Michael was so kind as not to charge us for the service call, since it was an easy fix. Would highly recommend Affordable Appliance Repair with any further repair needs. Michael is a great representative for the Company, very customer friendly and knowledgeable."
