"Technician came out right on time. Was very experienced and knowledgeable on my washer and the problem that was occurring. Parts where needed and he had me on speaker phone with the manufacturer to see how far parts were out which the manufacturer had no answer and a back order months long several hundred out Technician used his iPad and showed me the best washers at the best price at Home Depot It was my decision to go with a new washer because of the information the tech gave me. I appreciate an honest company and would use these guys again without a second guess"

"Michael initially assessed…Then Ramone came out of Phoenix to put in a new compressor. He was really good to have and was very skilled in his knowledge of these refrigeration issues. He deserves high praise!

The technician, Michael, arrived within the expected time frame, after calling ahead to re--confirm location and provide exact arrival time. Michael came fully prepared with the necessary tools and parts, was well informed about the Maytag product, and offered an additional service, cleaning of the dryer vent, during the same visit. "Michael was prompt and courteous. He listened to the dryer, and was confident the issue was the rollers. Michael fixed the problem and told me how to mitigate the problem. He left the dryer in a location I can use until I fix the leveling issue. Thanks to Michael, and Affordable appliance Repair
